Need an advice on office relationship matters

I heard we have two types of IQ.
a)Intelligence IQ
b)Imotional IQ
Men always(most of the times) use \"a\"
Women always(most of the times) use \"b\"
When we are fighting to listen between \"a\" and \"b\" we get stress.
\"a\" says its wrong, don't do, \"b\" says its ok just do.We have to follow \"a\" and make decision, is good for long term.I attended a motivational talk for parents.I learnt the above theory.
whenever I ask peoples' opinions to change my habbit, I welcome to most harsh comments so that I can change my attitude. -
