She has to be careful wat she says when d prosecution re-examine her on d witness stand.
If she now contradicts d statements she gave to CPIB, she opens herself to be charged for lying in her police statements under d Penal Code n also cited for perjury in court. Is dis wat u mean by \"瞄视法庭\"? -

Unlike other criminal cases whereby the prosecution witnesses are also witness themselves, CS in this case is also a potential accused. She is probably offered a chance to escape charges by agreeing to testify against NGB as 污点证人。
Whether CS will be charged for telling lies in her statement, it will all depends. She was probably being treated as an accused person previously as well when the statement is recorded. Can we criminalise someone who lied in her statement in the hope of getting off the hook? -
She is babbling incoherently because she is using her heart and not her head.
Maybe she cruises through life on the back of her beauty and charm. Maybe she didnt lie, she is just not not so good with details and sequence of events. Whatever you ask her, she answers based on how she feels at the moment.
The men lawyers are using their heads to nail her. She brings them on an emotional merry-go-round. The audience just lap up the drama. -
