my experience with CX was many yrs ago, but their great service with my mind till now. Will travel CX next mth, hopefully the standard still there

Agrees. Prefer CX compared to SQ for HK route.


During our trip in Dec 2009, my parents were offered to be put on a later flight with free upgrade to business class and shopping vouchers thrown in. But they didn’t take up the offer as they prefers to fly same timing as us (we were on SQ) – if only the offer were given to me instead! In the end they still upgraded the two old folks to business class. They didn’t realised till seated down and were thrilled .

I got upgraded to business class once when flew solo.

Since then CX is my favourite.

cx is good… i rmb once i asked for panadol on board as i was feeling giddy… the stewardess came and gave it to me promptly with a glass of warm water. i slept after that and missed the meal… when i woke up to go to the ladies, she saw me and said she saved a fish with rice for me, thinking that i may not want to eat the other choice which was fried chicken with rice. how sweet.
