      Some beauty tips are:

      Drink water mostly,
Use lemon or Aloe Vera on face before go to bed,
      Do some simple exercise,
      Use less fat foods,
Drink carrot juice. It is good for shining skin...

I do most of the above except number 2:p...may I know how to do it?Just put slices on them? effect?
Besides that,I try to use home made face scrub and avoid too much make up. Today, I tried strawberry and blueberries puree mix with extra virgin olive oil, honey and sugar. DS commented my face look brighter

        pair:
        1.Protect yourself from the sun

        2.Clean your skin gently
        3.Use moisturizer
        4.Get restful sleep
        5.Eat a balanced diet
        6.Use a nightly anti-aging cream

        Good beauty tips.
I think these tips may be helpful to improve the beauty.
We should avoid all cosmetics products to maintain our natural beauty.

Take health supplement so that you will also glow from inside!

I took collagen for a while.
Stopped when I realized my hair was very oily...but my skin was taut and definitely glowing.
My health supplements are calcium and cranberry.

              -sun block
-eye cream, but must not be too oily or there will be oil glands.
