Edusave Scholarship Award

Just returned from the edusave award ceremony held at kampong chai chee cc.

What a refreshing way of doing things this time!

First they were so generous in giving the guests and students a good snack, which had delicious fried kway teow, and other finger food.

Then the Guest of Hounour Mr Lee Yi Shyan went round to all 45 tables to take pictures with the recipients.

I like Mr Lee… he was punctual and friendly and mingled with the parents.

Instead of the students going up to stage to get the cheque, it was presented to them after Mr Lee completed taking pictures with all the 45 tables.

So it was short and sweet and the whole thing lasted for 1 hour (4pm to 5pm).

How much is the edusave scholarship award for the top 5% in secondary schools (government or government-aided schools) ? Is it still $650?

can any parents enlighten me is there any scholarship for P4 ? If yes, what’s the criteria ? top 5% ?

I think it is only applicable for pupils above primary 4, like primary 5, primary 6, sec 1, sec 2 etc (in my times…)
