But those 4 return from US, stay free at parents place and still expect breakfast leh. Still expect to be picked up from airport !!! Who the hell she thinks she is. I told hubby that sister of his is a nuisance when she last returned. The mother herself was so mad the daughter and her family messed up, not that the flat was clean. -

not forgeting once when a friend call me and i happen to be at home with them… my friend wanted me to help her and her sil buy mooncakes as well, so i purposely say loudly in their presence, "u trsf the money to me first before i buy ok, and also ask ur sil to trsf me money… she should pay for her own mooncake what…"
the sils all pretend not to hear… fine!!
last yr each sil bought 1 box, this yr 2 of them bought 2 boxes each… no more next yr… and it coincides with my dd psle too… i’m going to say it out loud, i’m broke after paying for extra tuition and enrichment… and last 2 yrs u all also nv pay me back… so no mooncake this yr…
my dh will sure be mad at me… but i couldnt care more…
btw, i told my dh about the mooncake thingy yr after yr… he just pay me out of his pocket… like wat?? sugar daddy?? so i commented that he paid for his sisters but not for me la… and he gave me my share, thinking that paying for my share as well will settle the problem… -

Mooncake does not costs a lot of money. The best brand costs the most $50 per box. If I can afford, I will buy for them to make them happy. The more happy they are, the less likely they will talk behind my back and this makes me happy in return. Mooncake festival is only once in a year. I viewed it as an opportunity for me to know how to 做人 i.e. perform my duty as a dutiful DIL. If they are happy, they will talk nice things about me too. It is a win-win situation for everyone.not forgeting once when a friend call me and i happen to be at home with them... my friend wanted me to help her and her sil buy mooncakes as well, so i purposely say loudly in their presence, \"u trsf the money to me first before i buy ok, and also ask ur sil to trsf me money.. she should pay for her own mooncake what...\"

this yr mooncake before disc was $64... i bought 6 boxes just for my sil, 2 more for pil... to me, it is not about small money or big money.. it is about whether i offer to treat u or not... i dun owe them anything, why should i pay for mooncakes that they want to give to their future potential in-laws? -
