GEP 2012 - Class Starting P4 in 2013

May I know what is the advantage of getting into a GEP Primary school with affiliated secondary school, say like ACS? As most will go through DSA for IP, do they give priority to the affiliated primary students over say GEPpers from Rosyth?


By the way, is Rosyth currently at holding site? Where and when will they move back?

Yes, rosyth is currently at a holding site in AMK. They will move back at end of 2013 if I'm not wrong. Seems like most of the GEP schools are going for PRIME now or soon.

Hi, I am considering Rosyth, it is a co-ed. It is good to have boy and girl study together I think to have a balanced view from different gender.

AFAIK, the DSA criteria sometimes differ from year to year coz very often the schools may offer CO but may not be the kids 1st choice. So they may tweak their dsa strategy every now and then. It's really difficult to put the finger on the DSA process.

Hi, I am considering Rosyth, it is a co-ed. It is good to have boy and girl study together I think to have a balanced view from different gender.

Am considering Rosyth as well. First choice was actually RGPS since girl's school but it's going to be too far after they move to holding school. So nearest would be Rosyth for me.
My dd wasn't too thrilled about the idea of having boys in her class but will learn to get used to it since she thinks GEP sounds interesting.
