Hi Xiaoris…I fully agree wth phtthp…don’t waste ur link to old school…if u want to rent nearer to KH…i would suggest u do it within 1 KM (or as near to 1 km as possible)…just to be "extra" safe.

But then having said this, it also depends on whether if MOE announces any drastic change to P1 registration rules for 2013 registration…
eg the SC priority rule really took some of my PR colleagues by surprise despite them also carefully strategising their P1 registration.

don't think govt will change much of p1 policy next yr cos maybe next BE coming anyway another 7 more mths for 2014 p1... stress stress

I guess I am a bit too late for PV in any school. My daughter is 2007 born and her P1 registration is coming in 2013. I have a son who is 2009 born. I live in the East. I am inclined on CHIJ katong convent but then i need to go through the hassle again for my son (thinking of St Stephen’s). Anyone recommends good co-ed schools in the east? St hildas has too stiff competition. Mother tongue is also a constraint as we are non-chinese.

i have just bought a flat in serangoon within 1km to roysth instead.

amk to kh really long distance and ERP in the morning.

hopefully all smooth smooth. gg to 1st appt soon and so long by 1 july i chg my address no pro liao.

just nice as i have been planning to either reno my amk fly or buy a bigger one.
really bless that the flat came along (size much bigger than my current one) of coz reno will take bait of time ya.

Hi All,


I would like to enroll my girl into Kong Hwa School since it’s my maiden school. However, I can’t find my primary school report book/PSLE and have only my sec school report book that says my primary school is Kong Hwa.

Will that suffice for Phase 2A2 registration or will I have to go MOE to have a reprint of my PSLE results?

for P1 take off first 3 days, you may sign up to volunteer help out:-
it is called the Teacher's helpers, for intial first 3 days only.

duties
========
basically collect books from the children, according to a list given to the children on what to bring for the first day -
Activity books, Exercise books, yellow file, report card, health booklet, photograph ...

Not all children will bring all books to school.
so you have to keep track of which child did not bring what, follow up over the next 2 days.

We also help our Chinese P1 teachers paste the \"spelling content page (for parents signature)\"
into a small exercise book.

may sound simple, but these are already enough to keep us occupied.
Oh yes, also need to accompany girls go toilet (if needed).[/quote]
