We went there just now... not open. General Office is also not open.

Sigh... I can't make him wear PE T-shirt coz his teacher already gave the timetable and he doesn't have PE on Mondays...

But if the sport CCA is on Monday, can they wear PE T-shirt directly or they need to bring T-shirt to change after school?
Oops. Sorry. I guess it open on Saturday only during dec school holidays. I just went to get some books as well. It was closed indeed.

Yes that is correct. If PE on Monday or CCA like sports or dance, don't have to wear uniform and tie.

Yes, that's what my kid and the rest of his friends did previously. Although I heard recently that a form teacher has informed the class that they would need to change on PE days and also not allowed to wear Family Day T-shirt except on field trip days.

Hi anyone has any idea where to sew the name tag on the PE T-shirt? Thanks!

Name tag is sewn on right side of T-shirt, generally about same level as school badge (which is on left side).

thanks CMF! !! greatly appreciate it!!!

I think I accidentally threw away my boy's new school tie...

What will happen if my boy does not wear a tie on Monday? The school bookshop only opens at 9am.

Will Gen Office have spare ties to lend?
                Cherrygal, you got pm.

DS has PE on Mondays and he was told to wear PE attire for the coming Monday and then the teacher will inform them if they need to bring along shirt and tie for the Mondays after. I guess that different teachers do have different sets of rules.

I forgot to pick up the name tags. Thanks also to some of you for clarifying the position of the name tag. DS is still getting used to the new environment and the metal buttons on his uniform ๐Ÿ˜‰ He said it's painful carrying his heavy haversack because of the buttons so I let him wear singlet underneath.

Cherrygal, Bibi & Baba at far east sc opens on weekends too. You can try going down. Or do you want to borrow my son's for Monday since he was told to wear PE attire? I know he carries it in his bag all the time!

I tried buying ties from Bibi & Baba before. They said that they don't sell school tie. We need to buy directly from bookshop.

Yes it's a common complain. Try telling your son to pull up the shirt's shoulder strap after he has put his haversack on his back, ie. after he pulls the strap the button should no longer be resting under the bag strap, and hence pressing on the shoulder. It should help alleviate the pain.
