You can apply to GS first. Once phase 2c comes along, decide then whether its worth to give up your place at GS to apply for Yu neng. In mean time, find out bus routes to and fro GS and how long it takes.

My boy is also due for registration this year for 2014 intake.
My preferred choice is actually Nan Chiau but I see the history, seems like only those staying within 1km got chance and I am within the 1-2km range, haiz… -

Your suggestion is prob a wiser move; we plan to put him on sch bus but in case he has any additional classes or CCA, then, the additional travel issue kicks in…
Weekend is fine coz can drive him there but weekdays… but thanks! -

No, you are wrong. Chances are not very low. It's zero.
Better to look at other schools. -

quite nervous on this year’s P1 registration. Living in Jurong, fall in 1-2 km from Rulang PS, do you think any chance for P2B within 1-2 Km? Or I should forget about it as I see last year even within 1km need ballot? Headache… -
can i know, if let’s say i fail to get in at 2C, what will happen ? as 2C is happening at the same time for all school right ?
