Actually is one full course 2 weeks or a month... I'm bad... cos I usually take a few days when it starts to get outta hand and then when it starts to subside I stop ... But mine is kinda like a cycle... My breakouts can come every 4 - 6 weeks :? ... Errmm no I do not have the \"female\" mthly thingy :roll:Hi Zack,
I also take doxycycline. It works for me.
I usually finish the whole course of antibiotics.
When my skin condition improves, I will stop taking.
However, as the doctor says, we have to finish the whole course for the antibiotics to work

if really serious acne problem, then gotta take care of what u eat. for me, M&M has always been a problem. itโs my fav choco snack and Iโll buy a big pack and finish it within a week. after than Iโll get eruption on my back and shoulders for months. after I stopped buying it for the last couple of yrs, my back cleared!!
My sis have the same problem with big prawns. Sheโs not so lucky coz her eruption is on the faceโฆbut clears up faster than mine!!
Think alot of teens eat too much fried, oily and spicy food. Heaty and oily food will definitely increase the oil secretion on our skin leading to pimples and acne problem. so if they want good skin, they shd cut down on these! -
You can just apply the herbal essential oil on the acne and it will drop off by itself, leaving minimal scar on your face. To know more, you can call me at 97226844.

Mine is the same with chocolates... When I eat too much chocolates, it gets to the extent that I get it on my scalp too :stupid: ... When I lay off choc, it'll get better. So when I have cravings for choc, gotta make sure that I limit myself to a few pieces only :roll:if really serious acne problem, then gotta take care of what u eat. for me, M&M has always been a problem. it's my fav choco snack and I'll buy a big pack and finish it within a week. after than I'll get eruption on my back and shoulders for months. after I stopped buying it for the last couple of yrs, my back cleared!!

Since about a year, I have noticed big, pussy boils/pimples appearing all over my shoulders, and back.... I shower 2 times daily, and I maintain good hygiene practices. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi
I used to have some \"red dots\" at the back of my neck many years ago.. Once I asked myself if it was due to me incomplete cleansing. I was right. As I had long hair that covers the back of the neck, after each wash of hair I failed to flip up my hair to scrub/rinse thoroughly the covered area. Do you get what I mean? hehe, I hope I have explained it clearly.
Thus I diligently use a sponge since then, making sure that I would lift up my hair and scrub my neck thoroughly. And over a few months, the skin cleared up
Well, my scenario might not be similar to yours but you can infer for other causes?

I thought that was the caswe too, King
Rascal, but though I've started using a sponge and a brush, they still seem to be reappearing!

Itโs most probably due to hormonal changes, rather than hygiene. Have you tried to see a TCM doc?

not yet minnie2004, maybe will go to one soon....

you can try going to salon for pimple treatment. I was the same as you with lots of pimples and I was recommended by a friend to a salon called true shape who has very good treatment for pimples. I sign up for their IPL face and enzyme peeling and after all the sessions, all my pimples are gone!!
