Posted a question in P6 Chinese Q&A, but the question should be applicable to other levels as well. Please have a look at http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?p=871849#p871849 and see if you can help!

      Thanks!

First 默写 next Tue...lack of focus :frustrated: I memorized already...daughter still having problem getting it into her head.

        一个晴朗的早晨,蓝蓝的天空 挂着白白的云彩, 风轻轻地吹着。

          Hi Janet,

you might want to try asking her to do fill in the blank first for a start.
          一个( )( )的早晨,( ) ( )的天空,挂着白白的( )( ),风( )( )地吹着

once she got it right, you may want to change the words to be filled in and ask her try.

          Hope it helps.

Any last minute tips for Chinese comp exams?! SA1 is tomorrow and my m-i-l who usually helps my daughter has been sick for the past week.

What should I tell her to focus on? For English I just reminded her to have a beginning, middle & end and to include how the people felt and the moral of the story which the teacher always seems to want. And of course to check spelling and grammar. And try to include a few clever words or phrases.

                  I don’t speak Chinese btw…

I just moved back from London last year, still trying to help my eldest cope especially with Chinese. What are the good books for chinese revision?
