The holding site was a post primary school institution.Did you try driving past at night? :yikes:
Heard for storage purpose. I also wonder why can't shift earlier initially.
I used to walk past it. Decent looking, huge compound with ample basketball courts, but limited car park lots.
I remember the ex-Canadian site underwent some spring cleaning before NYPS settled in.
Maybe the Toh Tuck holding site is larger and needs more time to refreshen up?
MOE needs to obtain x number of tenders before can start work, else kena question left n right by the public as public funds are being used :rotflmao:
