How do you cook the fish? Do you always eat steam fish

quote="t_mother of swc"]Usually kids do not have high cholesterol, for adults, you can eat more fish and food with omega 3 fatty acids and also high fibre foods and exercise. By doing so I have lowered my cholesterol.[/quote]

          Hi

I read from somewhere that practise Taiji every morning helps to eliminate bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. But I am not sure how long it takes to effect.

Oats as proven by my mother. She took it for breakfast every morning - had been on medication for years after it shot to dangerous levels but had been off medicine for a while.

My levels improved after I took it but am sensitive to milk so it is a bit difficult to take it for breakfast and I stopped.

There's the red yeast rice capsules that's sold in Watson.

              It lowers cholesterol quickly.
But it also lowers good cholesterol, I was told.
So this can't be taken long term.

The apple cider vinegar is good for lowering cholesterol.
There's plenty of other health benefits from what I have read.
Personally, I used it before to stop diarrheas, burps, phlegm etc.
Bought it from organic shops. GNC also carries this.

I also bought a bottle of extra virgin coconut oil from cold storage which is said to lower cholesterol, slim down the body and other health benefits. However, I have not Starr using it yet. Hope it can really cut down my weight.

              🙂

Would you mind to share what is the healthy breakfast plan. Thank you

                jaspire:
My mom has cholesterol & high BP issues for the 14 years but recently as I got to know of a healthy breakfast plan, by just changing her breakfast, her cholesterol and BP were normalised within 3 months time! She was so happy and excited! We are now waiting for the next check up to see if she can be off her medications! Yay, so watching and changing your diet, and if possible, exercising abit does wonders! 🙂

if it is not serious, try to change ur diet n lifestyle, take supplement n try TCM first. as they suggested, eat more steam or soupy food, cut down on junk food, fried food,rice/pasta.

for supplement,u can try red yeast rice, lecithin, COQ10.

Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water

Exercise and control diet. If it is not very high, avoid taking meds as they do have side effects. For health supplement, omega 3 oils are good.

But seriously, the best results is with exercise. Start slow and easy, climb stairs, brisk walk 20mins daily. Diet wise, cut back on oily food and red meat as well as seafood.
