      Sopmama:
Hi just wonder if the di Zhi GUI class conducted at learning bliss still available ?;)

Yes, they starting new class soon.

      a)
if you are a member of Learning Bliss :-
new Di Zi Gui class starting in first week of March -
ie 2 March, Saturday night, 7 pm.

      b)
if you're not a member of Learning Bliss (ie. from the public)
new class starting 17 March, Sunday morning, 10 am.

however, Tr said that they going to teach kids -
how to sit down properly first (not run around the class with attention issue), develop focus / concentration power skill first.

Only after kids can sit down on the chair properly upright straight posture and can focus / concentrate, then can they start di zi gui.
Tr said to learn any long Chinese classical series (be it di zi gui or any other Confucius classics), the child must come to the class and adopt the right learning attitude to learn, ie. have the willingness & the heart to learn. (not play, play)

Tr also said if they can focus / concentrate in lessons now, when they go primary school P1 next time, will go a long way to help them in studies, ie. able to be attentive in class, listen to teacher, when the teacher teach in class, to a big group of around 30 students.

cost fees: $ 60 (for 12 lessons, 3 months exactly)
      telephone: 67411-540

      address:
      PTH building, 5th storey
      15 Geylong Lorong 29
      Singapore 388069

                  Our Jolly Companion:
He attended the recite class at Blossom World. But he did not start straight for 弟子规 class. They go by stage, 弟子规 is at the second stage.

I finally managed to sign up my kid in BW. It was a long waiting queue :nailbite:
I was very persistent to sign up at BW cuz it teaches more than just dizigui.

I hope I can see the good result in my kid's behaviour. Not that she is naughty, but really want her to grow up to be a well-behaved kid and a good person.

in the long run, I hope one day MOE can put dizigui into the pri school's curriculum, although I am not sure how this can be introduced to the non-Chinese. While the govt from time to time talks about building a gracious society, I strongly believe this can be achieved more effectively if we start the kids with dizigui.
