Strolling down the aisles of a nice spacious supermarket during non-peak period. That's therapeutic.

That's my way too. :boogie: but I always ended up carting loads of stuff home after!

Makes sense though , your way to destress :celebrate:Destress by doing things you enjoy.
For me, will be long walks alone, reading, turning my bathroom into by personal spa with candles, aroma oils, body scrubs & wine.
That is not destressing. That is heaven.
And my one destressing method that my family loves, I will bake or cook up a storm.
So do your kids take turn to stress you up?

My kids? No lah, they are more often than not another source of destressing for me. Frustrated with stuff, go home and hug them and everything will be fine.

My sis was just telling me lately, you stress, I put on weight. Haha. I was very very wound up end of last year and yup, I ended up doing a lot of family gatherings and cooking and baking just to take my mind of stuff. -
Window shopping, esp during non-peak hours when there's less people. Another one is ιδΉ¦ε±. My favourite hangout?....Kinokuniya!

Am I thinking what you're thinking? :evil:There are many ways actually.
Most already mentioned.
For me..
Only one way works! -
Another therapeutic task is to wrap presents during xmas⦠closet ambition is to do gift wrapping at the shopping centre but the queues will stress me up! hehehe
So the alternative is to wrap gyoza at homeβ¦
