Is http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=14740 useful when we get the intermittent glitches?
The suggested patch is totally incompatible , my unit is not a D model it's S!
Downloading this patch will cause serious conflict and crash the whole system! :nailbite: -

Depends on the willingness (and ability) of the manufacturers to produce more and better quality units. Sometimes supplies of raw materials could be affected due to natural disasters. Also, defects in units could be due to lack of stress testing done by the factories. -

You must understand that every unit is unique........

No 2 units r the same.
Each unit is made lovingly, and crafted laboriously for abt 9 mths before they r delivered to the customer.
So asking for a refund or 1-to1 exchange is unthinkable. -

If the factory is not closed down yet, and raw materials is readily available ,
you can produce more units if you like.
In fact it is highly recommended that you do so bcos
the last I heard there is a mass order of 1.7M units to be delivered by 2030. -

What I need is one that will empty itself.

What I need is something that Collect the rubbish from the source and empty itself. -

Mine work for free. But I had to feed them for several years before they got big enough to empty trash. They only work on alternate days because I have 2.[/quote] :rotflmao: :rotflmao:ChiefKiasu:

Have. But it costs about $500 per month, but works on all bins at home. -

I prefer an affordable, robot dustbin that can move around the living hall, help me sweep the floor, mop the floor, & also throw away rubbish for me.
