Ha Ha Ha! Who is still buying their health food and supplement from local retail these days? We have to pay a lot more (sometime double!) buying local becaue we have to help them pay the expensive rental at shopping malls. Buy from iherb.com. Delivery is very reliable and cheap. Recently I paid only $8 for DHL Express shipping (3-4 days) for two 30oz liquid multivitamins that weighed almost 7lbs.

You can use code IGE789 to get USD5 to USD10 discount from your 1st time purchase. Happy shopping!

        :thankyou: osim.

Wow! $17 for 454g is a good deal! I saw the Navita Chia at one of the health food store at level 2 Rochester Mall selling at $34 (or was it $32...)

Going to shop at iherb tonight ๐Ÿ•บ Thanks again.
Your are very much welcome. But I think it is currently out of stock. You can click a button somewhere to get them to alert you when stock is replenished.

My kid has been taking chia seeds for quite a while and recently I added sunflower seeds as well. these to be taken together with her breakfast cereal. chia has much high omega than fish oil. my nephew is a vegan and hence he cannot take fish oil. my sister feed him with chia every day. heโ€™s quite bright and doing very well in school.

they are tasteless. so you can mix with cereal or yogurt. and they are very very fine, even finer than sesame seeds.

some kids may not like the colour cuz it's usually in dark grey or black. my kid will always say it's dirty. recently, I bought white chia from an organic shop. so when mixed with cereal, the kid totally cannot see they are there.

                        Hi

My family love to eat chia seeds. We usually spread a tablespoon on cereals, scramble eggs, sandwiches for breakfast. I got it from NTUC at Ang Mo Kio hub. There are white and black chia seeds. They are the same nutritionally it is up to you whether you like to see white or black on your food.
