Chia Seeds

Anyone knows which section in NTUC can I find Chia seeds?
-
My kid has been taking chia seeds for quite a while and recently I added sunflower seeds as well. these to be taken together with her breakfast cereal. chia has much high omega than fish oil. my nephew is a vegan and hence he cannot take fish oil. my sister feed him with chia every day. he’s quite bright and doing very well in school.

they are tasteless. so you can mix with cereal or yogurt. and they are very very fine, even finer than sesame seeds.
some kids may not like the colour cuz it's usually in dark grey or black. my kid will always say it's dirty. recently, I bought white chia from an organic shop. so when mixed with cereal, the kid totally cannot see they are there. -

Hi
My family love to eat chia seeds. We usually spread a tablespoon on cereals, scramble eggs, sandwiches for breakfast. I got it from NTUC at Ang Mo Kio hub. There are white and black chia seeds. They are the same nutritionally it is up to you whether you like to see white or black on your food. -
I have been taking chia seeds too. Sometimes I give a bit to my son too.
For me I would prefer the white seeds. I thought the any dirt particles can be seen easily in white seeds rather than black ones. -
Hi, all...
I have a question... Chia seeds are just too fine and hard for digestion if we don't chew the seeds well... won't they get :imconstipated: out intact? I eat lots of sesame, this happens all the time when I didn't chew them well...
In this case, isn't the ground chia a better option?
