Phrase 2C. But if don’t get in, it’s not the end of the world. Just have to strive harder and tell child buck up and see if can transfer in to this school with the good results.

Think it were the PR who were balloted out i think
There was balloting conducted for 1 to 2 km last year. Some were balloted out. Saw from the data. Risky. -
Hi, can I check what are the CCAs that PLMGS excel in? What are the CCAs that they offer? What’s the likelihood of getting selected as a PV ? I’m residing within 1-2 km from the school but apparently, there are a few new developments sprouting near the school within these few years and I’m afraid competition will be tougher. Experienced mummies, pls advise! Thanks! Btw, my girl is born in 2009 and due for P1 registration in 2015.

Thanks.

Used to be choir, guzheng, hand bells but they seem to have changed direction. -
If my child likes dancing, drawing and IT stuff, will this school be suitable for my child in terms of its niche area?

Honestly, the school does not require PV unless you have very niche skills and time to support them. They have a pool of parent volunteers from the existing parents of children in the school. hence, the chance of PV is not high unless you have very special skills to offer. -

Thanks for the Reply.. Hmm. What are considered niche skills? Any idea how many PVs do they recruit yearly ? Now getting a little worried. -
I understand the school takes in about 20 PVs each year. As to what kind of niche skills the school are looking for in PVs, that will depend on the school programmes / activities conducted in the year.
You may want to call the general office for more information.
