I went for a SLOW jog on the tread mill today, had salad for lunch and ordered 1 less dish during dinner.

Salad for lunch? You won't get hungry?

I had a sandwich and a tart and I'm starving now. 10 more minutes to reach home 😢

I have been taking light lunches for some years now. So quite used to it. Heavier lunches only happen once in a while or while on holidays. Needless to say, I will definitely gain a few kg after each overseas holidays.

I climb stairs everyday. At least twice a day (level 1 to 7).

I did that as part of my work many yrs back and suffer irreparable knee damage.

        You do hard labour jobs?

I usually keep 70% full. If I overeat, I get really sleepy. Overseas holidays even my DH will gain a few kg. He always ask me if his face looks rounder or he looks older. Super vain. After every holiday, he will drag me for exercise.

My elder boy told me going down staircases are not encouraged.

Maybe the seriously overweight pple should not resort to stairs climbing as a form of exercise - too much weight on the knee. Aqua exercises are more suitable for these group of pple.

Nebbermind, what is your weight and height?

My dinner is mostly iceberg lettuce+roasted tomato+mushroom soup today. Had 1/4 portion of a half chicken breast and a handful of roasted potato and sausage.

Did not touch the chicken wings.

Now left with 4 chicken wings in the fridge - to be my tmr lunch.

Going for the 2.4 km walk now.

                Bye.

Plan to start ironing 1 hour earlier so that I can sleep earlier & hope to get 6 hours of sleeptime.

what's the usual number of hours you clocked?

I cant survive on 6 hours only. Will fall sick.
