I tried to stay in bed for as long as possible.

      Rest is important 😉

I will do just that. Mute mobile phone. 😄

My phone always on mute but still can play Scramble under my pillow. :rotflmao:

Must have discipline. Yesterday because of the relaxing reflexology session my body was conditioned to rest early. So I let myself sleep.

But still intermittent sleep la.. gotta wake up to bf.

Because of the wake-up calls or rather boobie calls..
I get stomach cramps like working those stomach muscles.

Lucky you or yous. Weekdays gotta be up at 5.30am to get kiddos ready and off to school. So only chance to catch up on zzz will be on weekends. Even then cannot sleep in too much else will feel groggy and heavy headed the rest of the day.

I was feeling rather moody…do not have the habit of putting mobile in mute mode. But got pissed by someone over trivial issue. How does one feel better?

Yup. Good for headaches too. 😉

Then again, one doesn't need any excuse for good ol' chocolate.

you say so yourself loh. Trivial. So why brood over it. Let it go.

Go do something you enjoy or eat something that you like very much.

                    :grphug:

Now go hug someone in the real world.
DH not around , but kids must have been back. Have a cuddle time

Now tell yourself, its ok to feel pissed.
                    This will pass.
                    Do something.
