Nothing more than the normal yesterday  a little heavier on carbo and salt 😢

Just the usual breakfast; softmeal bread for lunch; vegetable ramen in clear soup plus bread with peanut butter for dinner (was hungry )

Maybe I will resume my Omega 3 supplement today, stopped taking for 2 months plus… Was worried that I overload my liver.
I drank 8 glasses of water today.... does this count?

I passed by MacD desserts kisok.

Did not get myself a MacFlurry.

          Got an ice cream cone.

          Can pass?

:spank: myself for giving in to temptation 😢

At least you ate in the day, me and buds worse, we eat ice cream at night :slapshead:
Me too.
I made the mistake of walking into an ice cream
palour \"Blic\" with my DS after dinner last evening ...
and ordered an cone for myself as well.
          Should have resisted
The ice-cream were calling out to me, I swear.

I am not the sort who would want to talk about it. If cant go out, I’ll find something to do and sweat. Sometimes it works.

I have been snacking less, dropped 1 kg :rahrah:

Hubby just came back this morning, saw me and said: U put on weight. :gloomy:

Need to do more in snacking less, in resisting temptation, in moving around.

It's ok lah, ice cream is a comfort food, I swear a spoonful makes me feel good, the problem is to control how many spoons to take, always wanted to have only one spoon but end up eating half tub 😂 .... But like buds said, the tub is pathetically small, haha... :boogie:

I wish he had been more harsh on me. Maybe I would not hv ballooned so much over the years IF he had made noise then.

Now eating an apple instead of sugary stuff.

Kenna knocked flat by migraine last night. Puked my guts out.

This morning finally went to the doctor for some ailments that have been plaguing me for weeks. Hyperacidity causing reflux and excessive burping and a skin problem which is most probably dermographia. Gotta go see a skin specialist later this week.

That was what I did for my health today. Now staring at the bottles of antacid and dreading the taste of it.
