These few days very busy. My breakfasts were mostly eaten in the car ride (I not driving though. Not that "sud" to drive and eat at the same time). Most meals, if I had eaten, were all 食不知味.

I had a Crystal Jade egg tart before heading out to the mkt.


Just finished 2 slices of Crystal Jade butter loaf (plain), 1/2 cup kopi, a small Jaffa orange.

Trying to cut down on kopi and replace with fresh fruits.

My weight has dropped a little leh :rahrah: (I weigh myself > 1 time a day everyday ). My pants are also a little looser

Anyone knows a natural way to trim down a big butt :oops: Does cycling a stationery exercise bike help? I hv yet to learn how to cycle a real bicycle :oops:

Starbuck’s breakfast set at $6.90. Yummy! A change from Mac Donald’s breakfast set. I tend to eat more over the weekends. A way to release stress!
