-
I had a salad without any dressing and heaps of fruits last night.
Soupy dishes today (Yong Tao fu and steamboat with lots of vege). -
exercise alternate day(except wkend)
drink green tea
drink lot of water
no canned/processed food
home cooked food
eat fruits everyday
take vitamins
take herbs(fr tcm) once per wk(except exam period) -
no soft drink…
only thing i cannot resist…tea & coffee…at least 2 cups of teh si or coffee per day… -
I dunno what happened to me the past few days actually. Hah aha… Too busy with work. After work I was just too tired. Brain drain.
All I could think of when I think about what did I do for my health the past few days was - bad backache and stiff shoulders due to maintaining a same sitting position for a long time. Skipped one lunch because it’s always "just one more task and I will go and eat lunch" until it was too late to have lunch. Stared at the computer screen for so long that all I saw was grayish shadows when my eyes finally left the screen.
Breakfasts were cream cheese spread on slices of bread in car ride.
The only healthy thing I managed Was to sleep by 11pm (not really sleep, I just concussed) and eat my daily ration of 3 portions of fruits. -
I spend some time on the thread mill today;
did not eat the egg yolk that came with my mee rebus lunch
and somehow managed not to order kaya toast & soft boiled eggs from Ya Kun when I was there for coffee

Are you being a little too harsh on yourself? Eat in moderation is better isn't it? You can order the kaya and butter toast but ask them for less butter and less kaya? -

Just dun do what my staff did when I made kaya and brought to the office. She ate it straight out of the bottle. Finished 1/2 a bottle in 1 seating. -
Went for my morning run. Dunno why, the usual 5km feels much tougher today.
