DD called asking me to go back earlier to accompany her for her 1.6km run.
Told her I station at checkpoint to time her and give verbal encouragement. She say no she need constant, along the way encouragement, not just at checkpoints. :faint: -

Good idea. I actually do have walkie talkies.
But saw your post only after I came back from the run with her. Was having a bit of a headache b4 the run but now feeling rather refreshed. Must be the endorphins. -
