if you do use seaweeds, do you use the kind that some kids like to munch for snack?
Or is there a special type of seaweed for cooking?

Cold Storage also has on offer beef tenderloin.

                    Thinking of:

                    Udon with beef strips
                    Stirfry Xiao bai cai
                    steam fish
                    boiled quail eggs

                    fridge clears out :rahrah:

A super simple chicken salad recipe

                      http://www.recipe.com/chinese-chicken-salad/?sssdmh=dm17.667374&esrc=nwdr050213

The Taiwan noodles shop @ Bt Timah Plaza has a side dish - cabbage salad that I suspect is done in the same way - using vinegar+soya sauce - which is very appetising.
