Janet is so funny..dont be like that la. your dh may be trying to find some topics to improve his communication with you lei. he may not know that he got the non interesting topic to you. your turn to let him know what topics interest you, you yak first :rotflmao:

if he nags and nags, i have to do something drastic. i am clearing the wardrobe...not dusty, or else i will be sneezing. so i asked him to clear some of his things in his drawer. he is a hoarder, so i asked him to consolidate into one box and throw away the rest. i thought he will be going through his stuff quietly, but mouth still as active. :faint:

every 3 hours i put eye drops for him. by the 3rd time he still doesn't respond, i will raise my voice. my daughter said i am a 'subsidized nurse' because i am not sweet like a private nurse.

Snacking between meals may not be a bad thing. Eating heavy meals to sustain till the next meal may not be a good thing. It all boils down to the choice of food that you take.

Because I am prone to gastric and reflux problems, I’ve been told to eat small but frequent meals. Slow down the eating pace and stop before I am totally full. Eat when I feel hunger pangs. The important thing is choosing what to snack on. Nuts, seeds and fresh fruits are preferred.

I think over the years, my eating pattern has been conditioned according to that advise. Of course I am not that disciplined. I do snack on junk too. And recently, chicken in the bisket is back on the shelves!

i tend to eat more for breakfast…lesser for lunch so that i don’t feel lethargic but a bit more for dinner as i sleep late. otherwise i will end up hungry around 1130pm…can’t ignore the growling stomach.

ME time at home before going for my afternoon shift

Feeling great after a swim and cold shower
I was very stressed during the past few days due to enormous amount of work handed over to me but I guess I have to accept and figure it out my way. It is not much of physical but mental tiredness. But outgoing colleague has been very patient in guiding his lousy and slow student
            Thank you GKP
I will continue making this office a better place
Great way to start the day!

I can’t eat a heavy breakfast or lunch. My main meal is dinner.

I think listening to our bodies is the best way to go. The research is always changing and i have read/ tried enough to take everything with a pinch of salt.
It is all about the overall balance, coupled with individual chemistry and lifestyle needs.

I think as long as we stick to little sugar, healthy oils, everything else has a very wide variation.

When alone at home, I listen to U100.3

The songs played usually suit my taste
Feeling happy when my favuoite songs are played
