Hi everyone,
Really wish anybody can help me with a couple of questions regarding the P1 Registration Requirement. We are Indonesian PR, moved to Singapore when my dd was 2,5 yo. Immunization and Baptism had been done in Indonesia (all in Bahasa Indonesia). My questions :
1. Should I contact NIR to register all my dd's immunization to get the immunization certificate, or just bring original and copy the old health booklet in Bahasa Indonesia? Or should I translate the health booklet? Calling HPB and the school really didn't help much
2. Since we're looking at Phase 2B at CHIJ TPY, we're going to need the Baptism cert. Anybody has any idea whose baptism cert needed on the registration process? Mine, my hubby, or my DD? Should it be in English too? I think our baptism cert have latin and a little bahasa indonesia on it.
Thanks a bunch... -

if your qualification for Phase 2B is as a member of the Catholic Church, then you will need the local church's letter. Indo baptism probably non applicable in this instance.

Are you sure? I called the school before and the lady who answered my question say I can register under Phase 2B.
I'll call them again then... -
