My order was placed on Nov 18 and ding dong between them and me for the audit process. Finally order was confirmed complete audit and sent out on Dec 2. I received them on Jan 17. The books were delivered to my house. I believed it was by registered parcel.

I order twice from dangdang, all orders took about 5~6 weeks to my house.

No. It is not box set. 12 individual books.

oh dear…I bought 3 sets of series thinking they were in box set. Maybe that is what causing the delay…think I better check with DD

You can check with your credit card statement of account. I got my refund by the next statement cycle when my first order could not go through. So far, Dangdang seems like quite a professional company. My books arrived and refund also no issue. However, must be prepared to be patient. At least they don't run away with our $$.

i have made my first order in dang dang for the whole set of \"xi wu kuai du\" as recommended by Tamarind.


initially i was so apprehensive to do so as read from this site it is such a complication process but becuz i am eager to get the whole set of the books i gave the order a try & it is not as difficult as i read in the forum (just keep my finger cross that my books will arrive as i do not have a Amex card, used Citibank, had a little hiccup over the online security code, other than that was alright...

thanks parents who had recommended dang dang
