DD post out date was on 21 Feb, so if the delivery time is suppose to be 8 weeks, it shld arrive no later than 18 Apr. Today is already 14 apr, and there is still no updates. and i saw that a lot of orders that are order later than me had arrived. In this case, how do i contact DD customer services?

Would DD be able to trace what happen to the items?

I have been checking the tracking using this link for the past weeks. the order is still not updated yet. is still at departure from outward office of exchange \tGUANGZHOU \tSINGAPORE \t2011-03-10 \t

That means it is still on a ship out at sea. The container ships should take 5 to 8 weeks to reach Singapore.

Yes, the books are in good condition except both the boxes were split and torn.

My order was dispatched from DD on 6 Mar but only posted out on 16 Mar. Wonder where it was sitting for 10 days. It has yet to leave Guangzhou, wonder when it will leave China's shore :? Maybe another 20 days?

Need your advise. What do you think of this? 18 chapters of 宫崎骏作品. I noticed my #1 boy knows how to read very well but when comes to conversing in Chinese is quite bad. So I am thinking of getting more chinese DVDs.

Typed too fast, my order has not even reached Guangzhou. So the agent must be consolidating for enough orders, then send to Guangzhou. Wonder do they take the ship departure schedule into consideration or they only look at at the qty. So if not enough, will miss the ship and have to wait for the next one.
