Hi
May I know what is the difference between
1) Cake flour, Top flour and Hong Kong flour.
2) Hong Kong flour and Hong Kong 水仙 pao flour what is the difference.
I come across another type of SCS butter packing, it much cheaper than those sliver packing from supermarket. Does anyone know what is the difference.
Thanks -

I buy my stuffs for baking at phoon huat too.
Same here.. I buy from phoon huat too..!
But not all phoon huat is the same.. for e.g. the one at AMK is more well stocked than the one in Hougang central.. but the good thing is they are all usually quite friendly, and the items have product code so it's also easy to call up and ask..! -
Does Phoon Huat sell baking/roasting tray?? Im looking for one but my oven is a micro+conventional…hard to get the right side to be used. Any phoon huat in the East?

oh..btw u could also buy from Daiso..everything $2. They have some really nice and interesting bakewares too
for roasting, u can use pyrex or conningware. not neccessary a tray. What you need might be those stand which you can get from Tangs or Isetan. -

Do you mean macarons? You can use a regular plain tip for piping bec you just need to pipe out a circle. The size is up to you, but about 1.5\" is what most macarons are.i am trying to do macaroons,
