        Hi Gerri_mummy,
My gal has received the detailed schedule for the modular curriculum yesterday. From there, you can check which module she is having for each week. I intend to let my gal wear PE attire when she is having Sports/Games or Dance, and pinafore when it is Life skills/Projects.

          Hi,

How does the school select student for CCA? Do they assess your child ability first or just "tikam"?

Thanks insignificantsoul for your info. Did not received any detailed schedule for the modular curriculum. I’ll check with the Teacher. My girl is in P1 Integrity, yesterday came back with her spelling list. Was pretty shock to see that they start having dictation at P1. Some of my gfs kids only start dictation in P3. Seems like MCS is setting a high standard.

There will be unseen dictation for P2. Better to get used to Dictation in P1, if not come P2, the poor child will have difficulty.

I agree that MCS English standard is high.

Oh, my girl is also in P1 Integrity!
Actually for their class, the day they have modular curriculum on wed, they have PE too, so still have to wear PE attire. Anyway, also realised that they mixed lifeskill/projects with sports for each session of modular curriculum, so also need PE attire of Modular Curriculum.

Hi Two Little Puppies … surest !! It will be good to do a group chat also. At least we can monitor and update each other on the homework etc. My girl is starting to bring homework back and it seems like there is many colouring to do which need to be handed up tomorrow. She also goes to the student care as well. PM our contacts?
