Hi parents I intend to register my girl to MCs primary one under phsse 2b as catholic. However we live more than 2km away from the school near angmokio. Will we have chance?can anyone help shed some light?
Should have chance but it's wiser to check with the school about this. -
The new RGS campus will be built along Braddell Road occupying the old site of Braddell-Westlake Sec Sch at Postal Code: 579708.
The nearest girls' primary school is Marymount Convent School.

Hi parents, sorry to bother you. My name is Amelia and I'm a journalist with The Straits Times. We are working on a feature this month about primary schools in Singapore and we're hoping to to hear from parents with kids in Marymount Convent about why they chose the school and what they like about it, for instance, the programmes, teachers, CCAs etc.
I can be reached at [email protected] or 91903116.
Hope to hear from some of you soon!
Thanks very much. -

The student care is school based and inside the school. Not sure if there's a waitlist, but I guess once your gal is in, you can quickly place a name down?Hi Parents, the student Care for Marymount Convent - Good Shepherd student care

There's an after school care within the school and whilst my gal isn't part of it, whenever I go pick up my DD and see the gals in after-care, they're always happy and laughing.
MCS has a group of very dedicated teachers and very serious about academics, though there's also holistic development in exposing gals to all sports/arts in their compulsory modular curriculum which is during lesson time, once a week.
Especially for academics, they pull out gals who are not as good in the subject (english, math or MT) and will have after school once a week 1-hour small group remedial. Until the gal improves, then can opt out.
MT (Chinese) from P1 separates the gals into those stronger in Chinese and those who need more support, and the books / pace will be different for them, hence giving them the targeted support necessary. -
Anyone enrolling your gal in MCS this year for 2016 intake?

May I know your gal in which level now?
