We have gone two ski holidays in the raw, last year Korea and this year Japan. Kids are really happy with ski. They are getting along so fast. So they want to go again, and again.

Where will you suggest next ski destination?

being in China, probably price is competitive. Whether good or not, I have no idea since I have not been there myself.

Rusutsu Resort Hokkaido is a good place for family. It's the biggest ski resort in Hokkaido, with many ski trails for beginners, intermediate, advance and expert on both Mt Isola and Mt Yotei.

It offers many fun snow activities, like snow ruffing, snow mobile, trekking etc...and the latest feature, Daniel Kids Snow Park is now open. Check out the links below.
It's a all-in-one resort, It has a mini indoor theme park too. Your family don't have to step out of the resort throughout the stay; restaurants, minimarts, boutique, ski gears shop etc etc and they organize many workshops (leather goods making etc) within the premises.

Try Zematt, we went last year and it was really good. But you have to book early cos the ski resorts get filled up pretty fast. Its v popular and the view of the Matterhorn is really awesome!

Planning to try Whistler the next time if my #3 can take that kind of long flight šŸ˜‚

Otherwise, am told that Niseko has the best powdery snow.

The other place that we have enjoyed is Courchevel 1850, but a bit too ex.

The interesting thing about Zermatt is that you can actually ski there in June! I wanted to let DD ski for a day when we were there but DH not keen.
