I am having chicken pox now. No elderly at home to \"give\" the do things and on other hand to \"block\" all the dont. Any suggestion?
Do take care and get well soon.
Try not to take dark soy sauce, it does leave markings on some people.. -

If you believe old wives tales, no chicken/duck meat for 1 month.
My hubby subsisted on steamed minced meat with chye sim guan (the canned stuff) for weeks - now he runs when he sees those things. -
When I had chicken pox, I was told to avoid seafood too. Something about it causing itching.

Cut all nails so that you won't accidentally scratch yourself. Put lots of powder to keep yourself dry after shower. Sweat will cause itchiness and you'll tend to scratch. Use the calamine lotion sparingly. Get well soon. :hugs:
