Found this place at AMK, I think somewhere near Mayflower Sec school? It’s near a market and CC. Old shop with hardly anything fanciful, but nice bak kua! The spicy bak kua has a real kick and you can see the chilli seeds dotted all over the slice of bak kua! Not too oily but yet not too dry. The slicing is a bit on the thick side but acceptable. Sorry, really don’t know the name of the shop. I only bought 200g each of the spicy and non spicy, and the lady packed it in plastic bags for me, no box.

Its next door neighbour, Fragrance, was selling @ $46/kg but was offering 40% discount.

Prices will be increasing "soon", so the lady that sells bak kua at AMK told me. Cost of pork has gone up so sellers won’t hold it much longer. I think it will be up by next wk. Seafood prices have gone up considerably too.

Clementi Hawker Centre...There is only one and the queue is normally very long...you wouldn't miss it...

That's because CNY is just round the corner... and bak kwa prices keep increasing by the day until CNY eve. This is terrible.
