May I ask what's in the pack? Any additional information?

Anyone else received WL letter?

Just 1 page letter to confirm the offer, basic info abt School Preference form sent from own primary school, terms of acceptance, lastly to encourage kids to do their best for PSLE to be eligible for 3rd lang and elective Programmes.

No no, you didn't miss out any info because I didn't announce the outcome publicly.
DD1 only applied to one school, SCGS IP via DSA Science.
Girl is those 斯斯文文 type, not vocal/ambitious type, so SCGS suits her. Happy for her.
She told me she is motivated to do well after receiving the CO. Prior to that, I see that she kept playing squishy and fidgeting with art & craft stuff. At first I thought she was unmotivated, now I guess she was just stressed then. Prior to that, I lost sleep due to PSLE stress. 头发都白了啦！[/quote]Hi leeyl,

Can you share what kind of achievements your dd1 has to apply DSA under science domain? Eg science competitions or such? Strong results in that particular subject is not good enough right?

My DD1 has E2K Sc and maintained A* for her Sc in P6SA1. She does not have SO certs as her school does not participate in SO. The school accepts ICAS, if any, but must be for P5 and above. All other irrelevant certs like MO/ABRSM were thrown back to us.

For SCGS IP, applicants are not allowed to apply to multiple domains, so must pick your domain carefully.

I don't think we will know how long or how many being WL right? If the list is very long, then chances are very low to be converted.

Regardless of whether your daughter ranked High / low inside the RGS Waitlist, just get her to focus on coming PSLE

No use fret over whether her WL get converted or not.

Even if eventually her WL get converted, she also got to show to RGS that her T-score is high, at least close to COP.

In a highly competitive school like RGS, if T-score low coming in via DSA, internally ...
