After giving 3 stickers to Jasmine, Mary has 3 times as many stickers as Jasmine. How many stickers did each of them have at first?

My son went for check up at the refraction clinic at HPB Building. They said his power about 200 each eye. Should I bring him straight to make glasses or seek a second opinion from another clinic? Any advice? Thanks.
