It also involves experiencing newfound freedom, making new friends, and engaging in new competitions.
As you know, all the girls are exceptionally brilliant, smart, and some are competitive. Hence she has to learn how to keep pace with it and not get overly stressed up by the pressure. Additionally, considering they are in their teenage years, puberty may impact their emotions. Therefore, as parents, we must help them manage these challenges and offer support when they need it.
I would recommend parents to attend the sharing sessions organized by the school to learn how to help and support your girl in these journey. There are good insightful sessions like -
1. Cyber wellness for your child.
2. Guideline for School-Home partnership.
3. My independent learner.
4. Mental well-being resource guide for PSGs.
Overall she enjoyed her RGS's journey, especially in Y3 and Y4. We can see a big change in her.
