Any good TCM to recommend for Tinnitus or muffled ear?

Anyone has a good ENT specialist to share? Preferably around Thomson area and doesn’t cost a bomb. My friend who is a SAHM has muffled ear and feeling giddy for a week .

May I know is it reasonable for me to expect tutor to cover creative writing in the English tuition? I believe creative writing is quite specialized and not all tutors can teach?
