Oh hi champion...yep..have a 2002 child. and a 2003 and 2006. errr..i truly dunnu wat else to say...im a part time working and studying mum...and cant wait for the march hols!! LOL

Yeah i agree…rite now shes in k2…but mentally shes more like a k1 kid…but somehow i still feel shes alrite…i wonder…why must they know EVERYTHING before going to p1?? haiz…everything is accelerated learning…why cant kids just learn the basics at p1 like years ago…now you must know more than basics come january at p1 level…its so worrying and frustrating at the same time…the joy of learning is just not there anymore!!!

Today DS's one front tooth dropped......he cried a little....being able to be by their side and seeing them grow by the day is a very good feeling. :hugs:

What an awesome feeling huh...i missed it for my boys...i managed to get some for my daughter..i sure hope i wont miss any further... enjoy it...being a mum and enjoying such moments cant be described by any word in the dictionary..its a feeling that only a mothers' heart understands. have a wonderful day everybody! :love:

Me too…teachers say she slower than the rest…but slow in one area doesnt mean slow in all areas…so i just dun want to stress her.

Hello everybody. kids these days mature faster than wat we think age appropriate…i started my kids on the sex topic quite early as i realised kids do discuss these issues in school amongst themselves…n they have very cute and false ideas…so best to correct them…n i always tell them to get back to me to find out anything as their frens wouldnt have the accurate information…dont want them walking ard wif contorted ideas on the birds and the bees.

What an awesome topic! hahah…i face this all the time…my DH just tells me that I ought to tell him what i would like…but well like wat some of you have shared…no surprise element…and i love to be surprised…ah well, who doesnt ryte…n i used to do all the surprising and i kinda got tired of not getting anything in return and i guess i gradually stopped. nowadays i go on for months about things i need…the key word here is need. and sometimes i end up getting it…ive learnt to lower my expectations…just gotta live with it i guess…
