If she's here on this forum, I hope she can continue posting on her blog. :please: It's an interesting read and I can certainly empathise with some of her concerns. I've recently taught yet another student who \"disappeared\" after the last session without paying his fees. I wouldn't mind if he had forgotten, but it's not the case here because he did not reply my sms or answer my call after he took his final exams. Neither did his parent. Luckily, such cases are in the minority. Most parents are responsible and rightly so, because for growing children and teens, parents are the most important role models in their lives.

Indeed we are very very fortunate to have our basic needs met. However most of us by choice(sometimes no choice) will still choose to be STRESSED to death!!!

In the nutshell, many parents forgot to instill self-discipline and time management.The switch from play-school to Pr is very critical. If kids continue to treat P1 as play-school, then she is likely to play all the way till her body clock tells her to wake up. Most of the times it’s too late.
