Tks for this info. I just went to HPB website and printed my gal’s immunication schedule though i have a copy from her PD. Interesting to know that HPB track their immunication schedule.

Frankly I am real bad at maintaining singpass passwordHi nespresso,
Do you have sing pass account ?
If yes, just login and print out your child's immunization record yourself, at home.
For me I forgot my password for sing pass acct, lazy to go down nearest community centre to reset password, so just went direct to health promotion board at outram park, got them to print it out for me. Is done !
Actually some of my friends just photostated a copy of the baby booklet to show to the p1 officer, another friend said they go to their regular pd doctor to print it out. Yes, some of them are doing this.
that's why I thought it is easier to bring the cert from PD. it has the list of injections she took. So it is better to have both?

Hi i am new in here,
My girl also is a piglet born in 2007, planning to let her get into Horizon primary school. Anyone going to that school too? praying hard no balloting needed >_< -
Kids born 2007 didn’t have to do 2nd dose mmr rite? When I printed out vac certain it shows my kid missed mmr 2nd dose. Will this pose a prob during registration?

My ds is under phase 1. He does not have the MMR booster shot yet. The school accepted the application form with no issue. -

No, it won't pose any problem if your child born before 2011 did not take 2 doses of MMR.
Babies who turn 12 months of age on or after 1st December 2011 should receive 2 doses of MMR vaccine as per above schedule. This info was extracted from http://www.hpb.gov.sg/HOPPortal/health-article/630
Nevertheless, I choose to let my child be vaccinated with her 2nd dose of MMRV at 5 years old. I do not want her to \"Suay Suay\" get chicken pox, this happens to K2 kids who only took 1 jab MMRV previously. The added protection is necessary for her to build up her immune system and I also do not want her to be vaccinated at Pri 1 and see her fall sick and miss school. If certain vaccinations can be taken earlier as advised by paediatrician, parents should go ahead to vaccinate the child first. It's your own choice ultimately. -
dd1 didn’t take her vaccination, MMR booster, in P1, I didn’t give the consent. Instead, I took her for the jab during school hols. Heehee
Just like I will not give consent when it’s ds’ turn. I will arrange for the booster shot later.
ds had his chicken pox vaccination and pneumococcal shots separately too -

Hi everyone
First timer here
- first post, first child going to P1 next yr...
was just wondering, does race matter? My dd is listed as Caucasian in her birth cert, following her daddy. How would that affect her in terms of school programmes etc? -
Can any kind soul enlighten me on whether I should apply for Fairfield Methodist Primary or Nan Hua Primary?
