Immunisation Certificates
All parents should produce the immunisation certificates (BCG, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, rubella and Hepatitis B) of their children at the time of registration. Documentary evidence of immunisation can be downloaded from the National Immunisation Registry website.
With reference to Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule, all children (Singapore Citizens and Non-Singapore Citizens) should have completed the recommended immunisations before entry into Primary One.
Recommended vaccinations : http://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nir/sv/eservices/eservicesv;HPBSession=RjYq6L2vpJTLzR2yksD0vcpX2mpzPmQyg1mDqnjhGmZK0gVhdXxZ!-1550041175?ACTION=DISPLAY_IMMUNSCH
I read all those from MOE website already
There seems to be a change of immunization schedule for MMR D2.
Those born before Dec 2011 did not have the MMR D2 at 18mths coz its suppose to be administered at 6-7 years but MOH changed the schedule for MMR d2 to 18mths of age in Dec 2011.
So Anyway, phew , i just manage to speak to MOE Ms. Jia min on this and she said it will not affect the P1 registration because its a new system after Dec 2011.
Huge sigh of relief.. :imcool:
Sorry am a little :offtopic:

yes that's correct. Stated in newspapers too.
Confirmed. That's why people dun like see twins in balloting too! As it means if 1 in, the other also in, means 2 places gone! :rotflmao:
If I'm not wrong, twins, triplet etc count as 1. Can somebody confirm this?miu miu:
Just curious- in a ballotting if 1 twin is in and the other is out then how?
Will the P allow the 2nd twin to come in as well? -

Looking at current take-up rate and NH’s latest update, if i try at phase 2c and ballot-out, i will still stand a chance at QF and maybe APS >2km?

If this happens in Phase 2B, one of the places in Phase 2C will be consumed. If it happens in Phase 2C, the school will create a new vacancy to accomodate the twin. This is pretty much the only scenario where the school will take in more children then it initially advertised.
This has happened before. -
