It is not 24 hr. It is like when you are registrating personally at the school.

:imsorry: i dun have the stat, but only the general statement release from last yr MOE site to which schools need balloting at phase 2C.

Last year's phase 2C for NCPS, 180 applicants for 59 seats..
I will be registering for my gal under phase 2C for NCPS this year.. :xedfingers:

Thank you for sharing. In other words, we cannot use the online IS as a convenient means of withdrawing and applying at another school on the 3rd day of the P2C registration. In any case, it doesn't make sense for people to register in one school and then withdraw and register again in another school within the same Phase.
