Hello mummies, do you have similar experience ? My 8 yr old girl has vaginal discharge ! Her panties is always stained and smelly. I don't think it's because of deposit of urine as it doesn't happen to my 7 yr old younger girl.
Is it very smelly as in infection? If in doubt you can see a GP.
If not , it is possible that puberty might set in early. Vaginal discharge can occur 2-3 yrs before the menarche( first menstrual cycle ) . Happened for my DD but a little later i think around 10. And while I expected menarche to occur soon, it happened more than 2 ys later - smack b4 PSLE
Panty liners help in this case. Teach her to change as necessary.
