Google Bay of Fires. Mentioned in Lonely Planet. When we went there, many tourists did not know about it yet. Lovely!

Weather wise, Tassie is the coolest state in comparison to the other states in Australia. Nov is not too hot. Some might even need a light coat in the evening, especially by the sea or up the mountain.

When we were there, I think the highest temperature we experienced was mid 20s in the afternoon. Mornings & nights were in the teens. Freycinet was actually much warmer throughout the day, maintaining in the 20s throughout. You have to take wind chill into account too, so having a good windbreaker is essential. When you go up the mountains, the temperature drops significantly. We even experienced snowing...

Anyway, since Tassie is so down South, it's generally not hot at all...

Tasmania is indeed one of the most beautiful place on Earth.

Still largely untouched and very much natural. It is also one of those places where driving and enjoying the scenery is a pleasure, not torture.
