Hi Pirated, come to think of it, there is no profiling for unformed groups..does that mean is the student who chooses the cca then?please don't forget that in general it is the CCA chooses you, not you choose the CCA
no more compulsory profiling for core CCA ? -
I would like to buy 鹰的天空 (RI Chinese essay compilation) other than book number 23 (my son has received it from his teacher). Please pm me if you want to sell.
Thank you. -

It will be in his top 4 choices, I think. He went for the compulsory sports profiling and received favourable response from 2 of them. Yes, one is Rugby but
contact sports? your ds joining rugby ??
I don't think he will be suitable since he is wearing specs and the sports so rough! He is also hoping to convert merit cca to core CCA in future (like min. mid year 2 onwards) so I think a uniformed group would be more suitable.

I am also under the impression that if we put a UG as 1st choice, sure get.

Blessedmommy, you are right about the shooting. Today DS went for shooting trial and he said he must fill in a form which contains questions whether he is willing to practice 4X a week during school days and EVERYDAY during school holiday.oh my frd's son said dsa shooting boys train 5x a week. the other cca boys train 4x a week. mine also everyday come home totally drained. hopefully as time goes by, they will adjust even with busy cca trainings and heavier load of hw.

DS won't be chosen lah because he answered NO to both questions :slapshead: . He told me he still treasures his sleeping time. He went for trial just to experience holding a rifle. :faint: -

my boys also wear specs! i think soon gotta switch to contacts, but i worry due to the nature of the game, their contact lenses will be damaged / cut into their eyes or something... sigh... mothers worry abt everything!

Any year 3 parents going for the level brief tomorrow? Not sure whether the new principal Mr Chan will be there to give the brief.

I have not logged on Stamford to read the details yet.. What time is the briefing, Cowiemana ? Hope it doesn't clash with my DS2's tuition.. -
just checked the stamford…it’s 6.30 to 8pm. If you want to interact with the form teacher, then you can do it over a slight reception from 6 to 6.30pm
Anyone knows if the information can be made known to us thru ppt slides? then no need to go down coz I can read it from there also right? is it really necessary for us to be there?
