Yes, I read somewhere, it says the maximum bonus points that can cut is 4

Not really, for CLEP schools, can minus 6 points.

My friend got 6-6=0, went HC.
I got 7-4=3, also went HC.
But she’s much smarter

There's no way you can minus 6 bonus points. Max allowed is 4 points. That's why JC cutoff points are always at least 2 points. Never 0.

1 point means A1, its 75 marks and above.

2 points means A2, etc

yes you can!! Grr, just not many people do--no point in getting 0 when you can get 2. HC's COP is actually 1 to 3. How they get 1? Those who got 7 raw score-6 gets one. so you can actually minus 6 by taking CLEP.

I can second that. One of my friends got aggregate total of zero due to perfect 6 (L1R5) minus CCA, affliation etc.
